Everywhere we go, people tell us we should breed our cows to raise steers. We’ve chosen to stay in our lane and focus on raising elite females, but here’s the thing:
– Buy our cows. Raise females AND steers.
– The Harvey family of Indiana selected a Maternal Made × Pumpkin Lucy 807F female through our sale. This year, she raised a $63,500 HGTA steer featured in the Brutus Show Cattle Sale. And, a past Badger Champion for the King/Geffert/Caldwell/Jones/Choat crews.
Congratulations to the Harvey family on an outstanding result, and a special thank you to Seth Johnson for believing in our program and helping make the connection.
Our cow families continues to prove their value—no matter which direction you take them.
